Position Description:  

A Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) is an experienced organizational professional with the ability to work for a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This person will work with Regional leadership and District offices to ensure our operations are efficient and effective in meeting our core standards of excellence.  Reports to the Regional Operations Director, supports Regional Directors and works closely with all levels of the MDA Team.


  • Collaborate with Regional Operations Director to develop and implement plans and timelines to assure all deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Serve as the liaison for District offices between National office departments.
  • Responsible for overview of MDA’s web-based accounting and fundraising programs (bookkeeping functions, deposits, coding invoices and entering data).
  • Operate as first line technical support for basic IT issues.
  • Perform Annual Office Reviews to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
  • Creation and review of financial reports, contracts and insurance requests.
  • Prepare, create, and implement annual budget process with District and Regional office.
  • Keep up vendor and banking websites; including finding the balance and running reports.
  • Participate in hiring, training and development of staff including coaching and feedback.
  • Perform other duties as needed to accomplish operations, administrative, fundraising, and health care goals.
  • Facilitate the operational changes of an office closing and/or move to virtual environment. This includes but not limited to: storage needs, space requests, mail/shipping,…..)
  • Offer support to Regional Directors as requested.
  • All other duties assigned.

Understand business implications of decisions, align work with strategic goals, complete administrative tasks and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.

  • 2-year degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Bookkeeping experience; business information tracking/report writing.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, network files and Google Docs.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory is required for this position. Use of personal vehicle in the course of employment to travel throughout the Division.
  • Some evening and weekend hours are required.
